The motorway exit is 10 minutes away by car. In 20 minutes you can reach us directly from Innsbruck airport or train station. We would be pleased to pick you up directly with our Tesla Model Y.

The hotel Stubaierhof provides 4 charging stations (Typ 2) directly in front of the hotel.

Our family has run the Innsbrucker Hütte hut high up in the Stubai Alps for more than 70 years. The hut is located at 2,369 metres above sea level and is an excellent starting point for many alpine adventures such as walking, hiking and climbing.
Guests staying at the Stubaierhof can spend one night free of charge at the Innsbrucker Hütte hut, including half-board.

On the day of arrival your room will be available from 14:00. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to clear your room by 11:00. If you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to use our changing area. Please be aware that the full price of the holiday booked will be charged even if you leave earlier than scheduled.

We will be happy to pick you up from the train station or airport with our electric cars Tesla Model Y or Mercedes EQV.

The Apotheke Neustift pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 12.00 and from 15.00 until 18.30. Please ask at reception for details of opening times on weekends and bank holidays.

The Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse banks near the main square in Neustift both have cash machines.

In your room you will find a spa basket with fluffy bathrobes. You are welcome to use these free of charge for the duration of your stay with us. Towels for the pool and sauna are provided in the wellness area. For our environment we ask you to bring you own bath slippers.

There is a free skibus (every 15 minutes) that runs in all directions and stops 40 metres to the left of our hotel.

The free hikers bus runs frequently to all areas in the valley.

Breakfast is served from 07.00 until 10.00
Dinner starts between  18.30 and 20.30

Included in our half-board package is a breakfast buffet with a selection of teas and organic produce. In the afternoons we serve homemade cakes and strudels. Dinner is a five-course meal with a selection of main dishes to choose from and a fresh salad buffet. Once a week we organise a gala dinner or themed buffet.

Guests who wish to depart in the afternoon are welcome to store their luggage at our hotel so they can enjoy their last day to the full.

Pets are welcome at the Stubaierhof, but we kindly ask that you let us know when booking your room. We charge € 25,- per day (without food) and request that owners bring a muzzle and blanket for dogs. If a final special-cleaning of the room is required, we will charge € 85,-. Guests will also have to pay for any damage caused by their pets. Pets are not allowed in the dining areas, the spa & pool area and the garden. Thank you for your understanding.

Start traditional, casual chic or modern alpine: We look forward to serving you the best our kitchen and wine-cellar has to offer in a beautiful restaurant ambience!

Of course, you can enjoy your breakfast in functional mountain clothing and wearing a bathrobe in the afternnon if you come to the cake buffet directly from the wellness area, is okay as well.

Guests are welcome to use our free wireless internet available in all rooms and suites, in the Fuxhof holiday suite, in the reception area and on our sunny terrace. Speak to a member of staff at reception to receive the username and password. In most rooms and suites there is an internet connection next to the desk.

We have a small children's play area with a TV showing movies. This area is open daily and can be found next to the restaurant. Please be aware that parents are responsible for supervising their children.

Planning a hike? We will be happy to put together a packed lunch for €6.50 containing sandwiches, a drink, fruit and a sweet treat.

Our new spa & pool area is open daily from 07:00 until 20:00 (indoor pool, chillout room and gym). The sauna area is open daily from 15:00 until 20:00.

In the spa foyer you will find a selection of teas and refreshing drinks as well as vitamin-rich fruit.

Yes, the fitness room at hotel Stubaierhof offers direct access to the garden and is equipped with a treadmill, cross trainer, multi gym station, weights and dumbbells as well as a bench seat.
