Innsbruck, the regional capital of Tyrol, is an urban jewel in a fabulous alpine landscape. Located at the foot of the impressive Nordkette mountains, it is home to many shops and boutiques where visitors are sure to find the perfect souvenir.
The oldtown, which dates back more than 800 years, is known for its charming artisan shops, while the nearby Maria-Theresien-Straße is the main shopping street in the city. Innsbruck also has three shopping centres close to the oldtown: Rathausgalerien, Kaufhaus Tyrol and Sillpark.
A little further away, on the egde of the city, there are two large retail centres: DEZ and Cyta. Innsbruck really does have the ideal shopping experience for everyone!
